Cash Payments:
We settle accounts in US Dollars (USD), Euros (EUR), and Tanzanian Shillings (TZS).
Crucial Rule for US Dollars (USD):
In accordance with local banking mandates, we can only accept US Dollar bills issued in the year 2021 or later. Bills printed prior to 2021, or those that are torn, marked, or overworn, cannot be accepted by local financial institutions.
Credit Cards:
We accept major international credit cards (Visa and Mastercard) for room balances, extras, transfers, and SPA treatments. Please note that credit card transactions may be subject to a local bank processing fee of 3.5% to 5%.
